Drawing will be held on November 17, 2006.
WHO CAN ENTER: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty United States, including the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age at time of entry. Employees of Marriott International, Inc., and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies and their immediate families (meaning spouses, siblings and children) and persons living in the same household as any of the above employees are ineligible. HOW TO ENTER: Participants may register for the sweepstakes at http://www.marriottvillas.com/sweeps/ultimatehawaii/enter.asp . Only one entry will be accepted per household. Incomplete entries are not eligible. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting the entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the individual in whose name and/or email the account is registered. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
RANDOM DRAWING: Potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on November 17, 2006 from among all eligible entries received. Entries must be received by November 14, 2006. Winner will be notified by email on or about November 20, 2006. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable or if a winner is disqualified or declines to accept the prize, one alternate winner will be chosen by random drawing within five (5) days of the date winner is determined to be ineligible. If alternate winner is disqualified or declines to accept the prize, prize will be forfeited and no further alternate winner drawings will be held.
WHAT CAN YOU WIN: One (1) Grand prize winner will receive two (2) roundtrip coach tickets to Oahu, HI on Delta Air Lines. Winner and guest must travel together; the flight departs from closest major international airport to winner’s home for Hawaii on Monday, January 8, 2007 and returns Monday, January, 15 2007. Grand prize also includes a eight (8) day/seven (7) night stay in a one-bedroom villa at Marriott’s KoOlina Beach Club for two (2) and a one thousand ($1000) dollar credit good for all Marriott purchases. Ground transportation, additional expenses, meals, parking and applicable taxes, other than those awarded, if any, are not included with the prize. Present day approximate retail value (ARV) is $4,800.00.
PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Limit one prize per household. Winner is responsible for all taxes and all expenses related to the acceptance and use of a prize and not specified herein. Winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the appropriate retail value of each prize. Prize is provided “as is” and without any warranty of any kind. Prize is non-transferable. No prize substitution except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: Potential winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and, except where prohibited, a Publicity Release within fifteen (15) days of notification. Non-compliance with this time period or return of prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification. Winner and guest must travel together on same itinerary and travel companion must sign a liability release prior to traveling. If companion is a minor, signature of parent or legal guardian is required.
